What You’ll Find in Store

The Umm Suqeim St store is a shop floor and a working workshop in one. Behind the floor there is a full workshop — tool boards, work stands and a truing stand — where our mechanics service any bike, any brand, whether you bought it from us or not. Bike fitting is done here too, and there are road, mountain, kids’ and e-bikes on the floor to look at and ride.

We are Woom, Polygon and BMC specialists, and we carry the full Uvex range of helmets and eyewear. Kids’ sizing is free — we size by height and inseam rather than by age, so the bike actually fits. Test rides are welcome; just ask.

Before You Visit

• We are closed on Tuesdays. Saturday and Sunday 10am–6pm; Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8am–7pm.
• There is public parking right outside the store.
• Booking beats dropping in. A booked bike goes on the stand sooner — book a service or repair or book a bike fitting online.
• Can’t get to us? We collect and deliver across Dubai from AED 30.

Coffee at the Store

There is a small café inside our Umm Suqeim St store — espresso pulled on a La Marzocco at the counter. Have one while your bike is on the workshop stand, or stop in on the way back from a morning ride. It is a corner of the shop rather than a separate venue.

How to Find the Shop

Bikeera is at 189 Umm Suqeim St, Al Quoz Industrial Area 4, Dubai. Umm Suqeim Street runs inland from the coast and crosses both Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road, so the shop is a short drive from Jumeirah, Umm Suqeim, Al Barsha, Al Quoz, Business Bay and Downtown — and a straight run down E11 if you are coming from Sharjah or Abu Dhabi.

In a map app, search Bikeera or enter 189 Umm Suqeim St. If a trip across town is not practical, we collect bikes from your home anywhere in Dubai and return them once the work is done. The repairs themselves are always carried out on the stands here in the workshop, never at your door.

What Is on the Shop Floor

Bikeera is a full bike shop rather than a showroom for one brand. On the floor you will find road bikes, mountain bikes, gravel bikes, city and hybrid bikes, triathlon bikes and a wall of kids’ bikes, alongside electric bikes for commuting and for the trails.

If you would rather not buy new, ask about our pre-loved bikes — traded-in frames that have been through the workshop before they go back out. If you only need a bike for a week, we also rent bikes. The full list of brands we carry covers KTM, Polygon, Lapierre, Cipollini, Stromer, Yadea, Woom, Uvex, Shimano, Oakley and Garmin, among others.

Kit, Parts and Everything Else

Beyond the bikes, the shop stocks helmets, eyewear, clothing, accessories and the parts and components a working workshop needs anyway — tyres, tubes, chains, cassettes, brake pads, bar tape.

Helmets and shoes are worth trying on in person; sizing varies more between brands than the charts suggest. The same goes for car racks and bike carriers — bring the car and we can check the fit against your tow bar or roof bars before you buy.

Anything you order online ships free across the UAE on orders over AED 150, and you can always collect from the store instead. There are also gift cards if you are buying for someone whose size you do not know.

The Workshop

Behind the shop floor is a working workshop with tool boards, work stands and mechanics who ride. It handles everything from a puncture and a gear index to a full strip, bearing service and rebuild, on any brand — not only the ones we sell.

You can book a service online and pick a slot rather than queue. For a bike that never quite feels right, a bike fitting is usually a better spend than new components: saddle height, reach and cleat position account for most of the aches people try to solve with carbon. If you run a team, a hotel or a fleet, we also handle B2B and fleet servicing.
