14 Days Refund Policy:

We offer a 14-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt.

Special Order Items:

Please note that special order items are not eligible for a refund. If a customer decides to cancel a special order, the refund will be forfeited. Additionally, a minimum deposit of 20% is required for all special order items.

Return Conditions:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided that the delivery packaging has not been opened, and the products remain unused. If these conditions are met, please notify us and return the item in its original packaging for a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Refund Request Circumstances:

Refund requests will be processed under the following circumstances:

  1. Wrong product sent by the merchant.
  2. Defective product.
  3. Product damaged during transit.

Return Procedure:

If a customer initiates a return, the refund will only be processed once the goods have been returned to our center and inspected by our technician. Some accessories are non-refundable, as indicated on the product page.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment. Credit card payments will be refunded to the same card used for the purchase, while cash on delivery (COD) payments will be refunded to a bank account provided by the customer. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
