It contains the 5 main electrolytes sodium, calcium, magnesium, potassium and chloride. Calcium is essential for metabolism and supports muscle function together with magnesium and potassium. Application

Suitable before, during or after exercise. Drink about 0.5-1 litre every hour depending on thirst and extent of sweating.
