ALX XC SPORT ALUMINUM FRAME. Light & durable, butted and hydroformed 6061 aluminium frame features 73mm threaded bottom bracket, internal cable routing and Boost 148 rear axle for increased wheel strength & better tire clearance.
MODERN XC GEOMETRY. Using most of the modern features, Xtrada models utilize slack head tube and steep seat tube angle to ensure that the bike handles perfectly and travels effortlessly up and down the mountain.
INTERNAL CABLE ROUTING. Xtrada models use full internal routing with all-new internal cable routing system, providing a clean and rattle-free cable set up.
THRU AXLES. Thru axles are the modern standard for wheel and drivetrain specification that opens the opportunity for improved frame geometry with shorter chainstays, wider and stiffer suspension pivots, wider range of chainring options, as well as more clearance for bigger tires and wider, stiffer wheels.

The ALX super light 6061 hydro formed aluminum frame uses heat treated, hydro formed and butted tubing to give an optimal strength to weight ratio. The tapered head tube provides stable, front-end precision and the new Boost hub spacing on this frame allows for a stiffer wheel with more tyre clearance. The Boost system has also allowed for shorter chain stays, which makes the back of the bike a lot easier to flick around corners.The Xtrada 7 utilises Polygon’s new Wheel Fit Size System whereby each frame size is paired with the wheel size that best fits the rider and sets them up for optimal efficiency and power transfer. Frame S, M, L feature 27.5” wheels and frame M, L, XL come with 29” wheels.
