During sport, the body loses water and minerals (electrolytes) through sweating; and energy is consumed in order to perform. Competition® from SPONSER is an acid-free, hypotonic sports drink for the highest energy requirements, consisting of a broad mix of carbohydrates with different glycemic indices. As an ideal thirst quencher, it supplies the body with the minerals that are lost during exercise. Competition® is suitable for supporting physical performance during endurance exercise and for rehydration after physical activity. Thanks to its special composition and very mild flavoring, Competition® is optimally tolerated even in high concentrations and during high-intensity exercise. Contains the 5 main electrolytes sodium, calcium, magnesium, potassium and chloride. Calcium plays an important role in energy metabolism and, together with magnesium and potassium, supports muscle function. Without the addition of free fructose. Free from lactose, gluten and artificial additives.

Application:
Fill drinking bottle (750-1000 ml) with cold water and add 4-5 measuring spoons (60-80 g) of powder, shake and enjoy. Can also be made more concentrated for increased energy requirements (remains hypotonic up to 90 g per liter). Suitable for before, during or after exercise. Drink approx. 0.5-1 liter every hour depending on thirst and sweat loss.
