REVOLOOP.race – Lightweight hose for the agile, demanding racer.

The road bike inner tube weighs only 39 grams and is at the same time significantly more durable than a conventional butyl inner tube due to the specific material composition of the thermoplastic polyurethane. The low weight reduces the rotating mass on the wheel and makes the racer more agile in sprints and on the track.

The valve made of particularly impact- and break-resistant thermoplastic is ahead of its time. Minimal weight is paired with maximum performance. A specially designed valve base prevents damage to the tube by sharp edges on the valve hole.

Lightweight and stable.
The valves developed by REVOLOOP are made of a special, high-strength thermoplastic polyurethane. They combine the highest technical demands with minimal weight and sophisticated design. The internally welded valve base protects the tube from damage caused by sharp edges on the valve bore in the rim and the dreaded valve breakage.

Seamless.
REVOLOOPs patent-pending welding process makes it possible for the first time to weld thermoplastic hoses with large wall thicknesses in such a way that an almost flat seam can be produced. Through this technologically sophisticated process, REVOLOOP achieves perfect rolling comfort combined with maximum safety against failure due to snakebite and puncture.

Ecologically Responsible.
Thermoplastic polyurethanes are recyclable plastics. Since both the tube and the valve are made of TPU, R E V O L O O P® bicycle tubes can be completely recycled. Out of responsibility towards the environment.
