The CeramicSpeed 15267 Coated is a single replacement bearing measuring 15 x 26 x 7 mm, from the Danish company that made ceramic bearings a performance upgrade in cycling. Grade 3 silicon nitride balls run in hardened steel races, and on the Coated finish those races carry CeramicSpeed’s own 3-micron metallic coating for extra hardness and corrosion resistance. The “C” in “15267c” means Coated.
Every CeramicSpeed bearing is hand-built in Denmark and checked four times by hand before it leaves the factory. It replaces any 15267 bearing like for like, so a worn or rough bearing can be swapped for a CeramicSpeed one without changing anything else.
Check your bearing size before you order
15267 = 15 mm bore × 26 mm outside diameter × 7 mm wide. It is easy to confuse with a 6902 (61902), which has the same bore and width but a 28 mm outside diameter. Two millimetres is the difference between a bearing that fits and one that does not, so confirm yours first:
- Read the number. The size is printed on the seal of your existing bearing — look for 15267 or 15267-2RS.
- Measure it. 15 mm hole, 26 mm across the outside, 7 mm thick. If the outside reads 28 mm, you need a 6902, not this.
- Ask us. Send the make and model of your hub or component and we will confirm the bearing size before you pay.
Coated or Standard?
CeramicSpeed makes the 15267 in two finishes. Both share the same balls, cage, grease and seals. The difference is the races.

Fitting and care
- Press bearings in with a proper bearing press that loads the correct race. Never hammer a bearing in — it damages the races and the balls.
- Clean the bearing seat before fitting and check it for wear.
- Keep up regular maintenance and lubrication. CeramicSpeed states this still applies to coated bearings.

What does “15267c” mean?
15267 is the bearing size — 15 x 26 x 7 mm — and the C stands for Coated. CeramicSpeed sells the 15267 in Standard and Coated finishes, and this is the Coated one, CeramicSpeed item 108335.
Is a 15267 the same as a 6902?
No, and this is the most common mix-up with this size. Both have a 15 mm bore and are 7 mm wide, but a 6902 (61902) is 28 mm across the outside and a 15267 is 26 mm. Measure the outside diameter of your old bearing, or read the number on its seal.
Will it fit my hub?
Only if your hub uses a 15 x 26 x 7 mm bearing. Hubs vary by model and year, and some use more than one bearing size. Read the number on the old bearing, or send us your hub model and we will check.
Is Coated worth it over Standard?
The coated races are 75% harder than hardened steel and highly corrosion resistant, according to CeramicSpeed. For bikes that are washed often, ridden in humid coastal air or used in dust, that is the finish that holds up best. The balls, cage, grease and seals are the same on both.
