Competition® from SPONSER is an acid-free, hypotonic sports drink for the highest energy requirements, consisting of a broad mix of carbohydrates with different glycemic indices. Competition® is suitable for supporting physical performance during endurance exercise and for rehydration after physical activity. Thanks to its special composition and very mild flavoring, Competition® is optimally tolerated even in high concentrations and during high-intensity exercise. Contains the 5 main electrolytes sodium, calcium, magnesium, potassium and chloride. Application:

Fill drinking bottle (750-1000 ml) with cold water and add 4-5 measuring spoons (60-80 g) of powder, shake and enjoy. Can also be made more concentrated for increased energy requirements (remains hypotonic up to 90 g per liter). Suitable for before, during or after exercise. Drink approx. 0.5-1 liter every hour depending on thirst and sweat loss.
