Shimano Tourney RD-TY500 6/7-speed long-cage rear derailleur, direct attachment (ERDTY500D).
- 11–34T sprockets, 43T capacity
- Steel cage, black
The Shimano Tourney RD-TY500 is a long-cage 6/7-speed rear derailleur for city bikes, kids’ bikes and entry-level mountain bikes. This is the direct-attachment version.
It works with sprockets from 11T up to 34T and has a 43T total capacity, so it copes with wide-range gearing. A steel cage keeps it tough.
