HOW TO USE

– Optional: 1 gel 20 min before exercise over 1 hour
– 1 gel (20-30g carbs) every 30-45 min during workouts >1 hr
– For long events (>2.5 hrs): 2-3 gels/hr
– Include sports hydration in total carb intake/hr
– Max caffeine: 400 mg/day
