Dynamic Assembly Pro 500ml

Dynamic Assembly Pro is a performance assembly grease that protects bike components against corrosion, seizing and wear. Its nano lubrication film forms an ultra-thin protective layer between surfaces, so parts stay protected for a long time and come apart easily at the next service. Dynamic developed it with and for World Tour mechanics.

The NLGI 3 consistency is tuned to stay exactly where you put it, without running or migrating, even in heavy rain or extreme heat, which matters on a UAE summer ride as much as in a wet European winter. It is 100% safe for carbon, aluminium, steel, titanium, plastics, rubber and ceramic coatings. This is the 500 ml workshop jar.

What makes it work

Bottom brackets, headsets, pedals

A layer on spindles, cups, threads and interfaces protects against corrosion and seizing, and reassembling with it can stop creaks from metal-to-metal or carbon-to-metal contact.

NLGI 3, water-repellent

A firm, water-repellent grease that stays in place under high loads and in wet conditions, and doesn’t run or migrate.

Nano lubrication film

An ultra-thin protective layer between surfaces prevents friction, corrosion and seizing, so components last longer and are easier to take apart.

How to use

1. Clean the surfaces you want to assemble thoroughly and make sure they are completely dry. Dynamic recommends its Perfect Prep degreaser for this.
2. Apply a layer of Assembly Pro to the headset, bottom bracket, pedal threads or other assembly point.
3. Install the component and wipe away any excess grease.

Not for bearings: Assembly Pro is too viscous and would reduce bearing performance. Use a bearing grease such as Dynamic Bearing Pro instead.

Which Dynamic grease?

Use Assembly Pro on assembly points: bottom brackets, headsets, pedals and stems, especially under high loads and in wet conditions. For lubricating bearings, Dynamic makes Bearing Pro. For carbon and aluminium clamping areas where parts must not slip, use Dynamic Carbon Assembly Paste, whose micropearls, Dynamic says, lower the required clamping force by up to 30%.
