The Shimano Ultegra FC-R8100-P builds a dual-sided power meter into Ultegra’s 12-speed Hollowtech II crankset. This one has 52-36T chainrings and 170 mm crank arms.
Shimano’s strain gauges measure your power to within 1.5% and send it over Bluetooth LE and ANT+ to your bike computer, watch or training app. The waterproof Li-ion battery is rechargeable and rated for 300+ hours of riding, zero-offset calibration is done with the switch on the transmitter, and the software compensates for temperature changes — useful when a Dubai morning ride starts at 30 °C and finishes at 40.

- Bottom bracket not included. It needs a Shimano Hollowtech II road bottom bracket for a 24 mm axle — threaded (68 / 70 mm shells) or press-fit, to suit your frame.

- Crank length: 170 mm.
