Stealth 3D – Comfort Engineered For Performance

Pressure measurements show that athletes use different zones of the saddle at different times. And feedback from PRO test riders demonstrates that they prefer different densities to ensure the best possible comfort in every position. Accordingly, the Stealth 3D saddle from PRO features a 3D-printed padding that adapts better to individual needs, allowing everyone to enjoy the ride and perform at their best.

Based on the input received, the PRO development team designed a saddle with a firmer front third, a less firm middle third, and a soft rear third. The dense padding at the nose of the Stealth 3D provides comfort when the rider leans forward in an aggressive, aerodynamic position. Combined with the wide anatomical cutout, this relieves pressure on the soft tissue between the sit bones. Meanwhile, the lower-density middle section is designed to effectively distribute the load to the sit bones and prevent pressure points. The padding at the rear end of the saddle features a honeycomb shape, which provides even lower density to reduce overall weight and support the rider when sitting upright in the saddle.

While the 3D-printed design absorbs road vibrations more effectively than conventional EVA padding, the dimpled structure keeps the rider firmly and securely in position, even when pedaling at full power. The construction of the Team version of the Stealth 3D saddle is rounded off by a carbon-reinforced shell and lightweight carbon rails, which together increase stiffness.
