Shimano Deore XT PD-M8220 SPD trail pedals with a wide, raised platform, four adjustable pins and a protective cage, supplied with CL-MT001 cleats.
- Clip in from any angle with CL-MT001 cleats
- Also works with existing Shimano SPD cleats
- Improved seals for smooth running
The Shimano Deore XT PD-M8220 is an SPD clipless pedal built for trail riding. A wide contact area and a raised platform with four adjustable traction pins give your foot a stable base on descents, and extra control when you are not clipped in.
A robust outer cage protects the binding from rock strikes, and an improved seal keeps the pedal spinning smoothly season after season, in Dubai dust or after a wet winter ride in Hatta. It comes with Shimano’s CL-MT001 cleats, which engage from more directions so clipping in is easier.

- These are SPD (2-bolt) pedals: your shoes need a 2-bolt SPD cleat mount.

What is special about CL-MT001 cleats?
