This ia a brand new item in full working order with all parts as new, and comes with a full warranty. they were unboxed to be installed in our cycle shop, however , we didscovered two small “grazes” to the paintwork of the cranks at each raised section of the drive side.. these marks do not go through the paint and are only minor surface deep, however, the customer wanted a different set, hence we are offering these here at a discounted price. the item is in full working order, and with some heli-tape over the cranks, the cosmetic blemish would be un noticable.
