The Shimano CS-M8200 with Hyperglide+ for smoother and faster shifting under load is the matching Micro-Spline cassette for the new DEORE XT M8200 Di2 12-speed groupset. The high-quality cassette offers a large gear ratio and is also lighter, more stable and more durable.

The CS-M8200 is the further development of HYPERGLIDE+ shifting technology. The cassette’s new tooth profiles improve shifting behaviour under high loads while remaining smooth, fast and durable. The cassette with 9-45 teeth offers a gear range of 500 % and is therefore ideal for compact drivetrains without major losses in gear range. The cassette with 10-51 teeth offers a gear range of 510 %, making it the most versatile cassette in the XT family. They are also compatible with MICRO SPLINE and consist of steel, titanium and aluminium sprockets for an optimum ratio of weight and durability.

- Freehub compatibility: CS-M8200 is compatible with the MICRO SPLINE freehub body standard. The 9-45 version is mounted with a special locking ring tool (TL-LR021)
- Build materials: The strategic use of steel and alloy ensures the CS-M8200 cassette is lightweight and robust enough to provide racer confidence
