Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Canceling or modifying an order means changing it before it’s packed or dispatched. If you need to update an address, swap a size, or cancel entirely, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is being processed or shipped, changes may not be possible. The quicker you message us, the more we can do.
What payment methods do you accept?

Yes, if your order is over AED 150, you qualify for free UAE delivery. It will be clearly shown at checkout, and if it doesn’t qualify, you’ll still see the exact delivery fee before you pay.
How long does delivery take within the UAE?
UAE delivery timelines vary by location, stock availability, and order type, but most deliveries typically arrive within a few working days:
- 3 working days for Dubai and Sharjah
- 5 working days for other Emirates
The most accurate estimate is always the one shown at checkout or in your order confirmation.
Which courier partners do you use?
Courier partners are the delivery companies that transport your order to you. We use reliable couriers for all our UAE deliveries, and the one used can vary based on your location, item type, and shipment size. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking so you can follow your delivery.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
What is Bikeera’s return policy?

Bikeera accepts returns within our stated return window (within 14 days of receipt), as long as items are unused, in original condition, and include packaging/tags where applicable. To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number and the item you’d like to return or exchange, and we’ll guide you through the quickest option (drop-off or collection, depending on what’s available). If you’re exchanging a size, we’ll also confirm stock availability first.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected by our technician, and the payment is issued through the original mode of payment. Credit card payments will be refunded to the same card used for the purchase, while cash on delivery (COD) payments will be refunded to a bank account provided by the customer.
The bank/payment provider may take additional time to reflect it; allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or model?
Exchanges are possible as long as the item is unused and within the returns window, and the replacement item is in stock. If you’re switching to a different model, we’ll simply help you pay or refund the difference.

Do I need to sign up, or can I just show up?
To join our rides, you have to sign up in advance. You’ll then be added to the relevant group (chat) so you’re always in the loop.
Are community rides beginner-friendly?
Definitely. Many community rides include different pace groups or have a social option, so beginners can join without pressure. If you’re new, choose the most relaxed ride type and let the ride lead know. It makes everything smoother.
Where is the Bikeera Coffee Shop, and can I visit without joining a ride?
Bikeera Coffee Shop is our seaside meetup spot where riders (and non-riders) can grab coffee and bites. It’s located on Kite Beach, and yes, you’re welcome to visit anytime. Even if you’re not joining a ride. It’s a great place to meet friends, plan routes, or relax after a community meetup.
