Book Bike Fitting
WHAT IS A BIKE FIT?
Depending on the type of bike fit you get, it can take between 1 minute and a few hours and provide you with a simple personalized advice on the best bike size, recommended changes to improve your comfort, give you a specific diagram of the optimal personal set up for a particular bike, or deliver a detailed report on your pedaling stroke.
Bike Fitting Prices at Our Dubai Workshop
Three fittings at our Umm Suqeim St workshop, each with what it includes and how long to allow. Prices cover the session itself — any parts you decide to change are quoted separately before we fit them.
Static Bike Fit — AED 400
Allow about an hour. We take your body measurements and configure the bike around them: body height, shoulder width, foot size, leg and arm length. We then make precise adjustments to cleat placement, saddle position, and stack and reach. Includes rider assessment, physical assessment, static measurement, bike adjustment and written documentation of your final position, so the setup can be reproduced later.
Saddle Mapping & Saddle Selection — AED 300
Allow 30 minutes to an hour. Precise saddle mapping using Velometric technology — sensors analyse your riding posture and pressure points, and we recommend a saddle matched to your anatomy and riding dynamics rather than guessing at it. Worth doing if you get numbness, saddle soreness, or find yourself constantly shifting position on longer rides. To book, choose Saddle Mapping & Saddle Selection in the fittings form on this page.
Cleat Placement & Adjustment — AED 60
Allow 20 minutes. Precision adjustment of your cleats for optimal foot position on the pedals, which improves pedalling efficiency, reduces discomfort and gives better power transfer. Free when you buy shoes and pedals together from Bikeera. If you need the hardware, our bike pedals and cycling cleats range covers Shimano SPD and SPD-SL, Look Keo and Favero Assioma.
Do You Need a Bike Fit?
If your bike is comfortable and you finish rides without numbness, hot spots or nagging knee pain, you probably do not. A bike fit is worth booking when something is actually wrong, or when something has changed — a new bike, new shoes or pedals, a jump in weekly distance, or a switch from flat bars to drops.
The usual signs are hands going numb, knees tracking oddly under load, a saddle you cannot settle on, or lower-back ache that arrives at the same point in every ride. Most of these come down to a small number of measurable things: saddle height and setback, reach, bar drop, and where your cleats sit. Bike sizing gets you into the right frame; a fit is what makes that frame work for your body.
We fit road, mountain, gravel, triathlon and kids’ bikes, on any brand, whether you bought the bike from us or not. If a service or repair is what you actually need, our bike service and repair page lists those prices instead.
Bike Fitting FAQs
How much does a bike fit cost in Dubai?
A Static Bike Fit is AED 400, saddle mapping and selection is AED 300, and cleat placement and adjustment is AED 60 — free if you buy shoes and pedals together from us.
How long does a bike fitting take?
About an hour for a Static Bike Fit, 30 minutes to an hour for saddle mapping, and around 20 minutes for cleat placement. Book in the tool above and you will see live availability.
Do I need to bring my own bike?
Yes — the fit is done on the bike you ride, at our Umm Suqeim St workshop. Bring the shoes and pedals you actually use, since cleat position is part of the fit.
Do you fit bikes bought elsewhere?
Yes. Any bike, any brand, regardless of where you bought it.
What do I get afterwards?
Your final position is documented, so it can be reproduced if you change bikes or something moves. If you have a question before booking, message us on WhatsApp.
